Returning patient evaluation of a new or ongoing orthopedic complaint. This appointment may include:
-Review of updated medical history
-Physical exam
-Diagnostic ultrasound examination of peripheral joints
if appropriate
-Review and discussion of imaging (MRI/X-Ray, CT) with Dr. Silva’s findings, assessment, and diagnosis
-Review and discussion of pertinent medical records such as Op reports, EMG, etc.

-Discussion of treatment options & education regarding your medical condition

Telemedicine Video (Virtual Appointment)
The virtual follow up will include everything that an in-office consult does, except of course the physical exam and ultrasound exam. Typically, Dr. Silva can develop your treatment plan during this consultation. This enables us to appropriately schedule you for a physical exam, ultrasound exam and treatment at a later date, in the same trip. If you're looking to potentially travel in for treatment from out of state or just a few hours away, a virtual consultation will allow you to begin your journey with Dr. Silva while conserving your time and resources.
