At Interventional Orthopedics of Washington (IOW), we focus on non-surgical regenerative care. Instead of masking symptoms with cortisone injections, pain meds, or jumping straight to surgery. We take a targeted and evidence-based approach that helps your body recover naturally without downtime or invasive procedures.
We treat joint pain, tendon injuries, and musculoskeletal issues by addressing what’s actually causing the problem. Our goal is to support long-term function, improve mobility, and reduce pain without adding unnecessary steps, medications, or risks.
This is orthopedic care that prioritizes precision, performance, and joint preservation.
To provide non-surgical orthopedic care that’s effective, personalized, and grounded in evidence. We focus on the root causes of pain and dysfunction, using regenerative medicine to restore joint health and reduce the need for surgery or long-term medications.
To change how orthopedic care is delivered. Moving away from symptom-masking treatments and toward joint-preserving functional recovery. We believe regenerative medicine is the future of musculoskeletal care, and we’re here to lead it.

Dr. Otono Silva founded IOW with a mission to offer non-surgical, regenerative solutions for orthopedic injuries and joint conditions. He's a specialist in image-guided orthobiologic procedures designed to help your body heal itself.
Orthobiologics are healing agents taken from your own body like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or bone marrow concentrate that is used to stimulate tissue repair. These regenerative treatments support your body's natural recovery process without relying on medications or surgery.
Our clinic is in Bellevue, Washington. We serve patients from the Seattle metro and beyond.
At IOW, everything we do is grounded in integrity, patient education, and evidence-based care. We empower you with knowledge so you can make informed, confident decisions about your health.
