We’ve taken extreme measures to remain open during this time and keep everyone safe while seeking care at our office.
Here’s how:
– All patients will be provided with a surgical face mask to wear for the duration of their appointment and all staff members will be doing the same.
– Our office space is not a part of a hospital or sick care facility. This means you will not need to put yourself at risk on your way into our building.
– All common areas inside our clinic, including door handles and countertops, are sanitized in between every patient entering and leaving our facility.
– We are spacing out our in-office appointments so that patients will not be waiting in the waiting area at the same time. You will go directly from your car to our private, sanitized waiting room, and then you will be invited back to your private, sanitized exam room.
– We have integrated HEPA air filtration with UV sanitation to provide an extra layer of anti-viral air quality safety inside our office.
Booking a Virtual Appointment:
If you still feel safer at home, you can schedule a Telemedicine appointment. We utilize video software that allows us to seamlessly conduct your Initial Consultations and Follow-Up visits from the comfort of your quarantine location. Video appointments (aka Telemedicine or Telehealth) allow us to use visual tools in order to walk you through a self-exam, educate you about your condition, order you necessary imaging such as an x-ray or MRI and discuss potential treatment options all from the comfort of your own home.
How does it work? Simply request your Telemedicine appointment by clicking the “Book Appointment” button on our homepage, or give us a call at 425-326-1665. All you’ll need is a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and a wifi connection. Your intake forms and a link with directions for preparing for your video appointment will be automatically shared with you. It’s that easy!
